Service Incompletion:

  • If Stellar Pathology is unable to complete the consultation process due to a failure of the laboratory that prevents it from performing the consultation process within ninety days, and if an investigation determines that such failure is solely due to a fault of Stellar Pathology, a full refund will be provided.
  • The process of pathology consultation work is a costly procedure which requires collection of diagnostic materials and review of such materials prior to consultation work by our physicians and prior to the issuance of the consultation report. You therefore agree that you understand that no refunds will be issued once the consultation service process has begun, even if it is not completed or the report is not yet issued.

2. Refund Request Process 

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Review Period: We will review your request and communicate our decision within thirty (30) business days.

4. Refund Approval and Processing

  • Full Refunds: If a refund is approved due to service incompletion on our part, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • No Refunds: Once a service process has begun, no refund can be issued, even if the process is not fully completed.
  • Refund Time Frame: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within ninety (90) business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
